We would like to warn you against fraudulent emails that encourage you to pay cash on delivery. Pay nothing! GLS allows cash on delivery when handing over/picking up a parcel or in advance via a link in the notification SMS. Never after the fact.

We send notification emails only from the following address: noreply@gls-czech.com. Never open links that differ from https://gls-balik.cz/ and https://gls-group.eu/. If you suspect fraud, please contact us at it@gls-czech.com.

Shipment delays to Ireland
