Our Neighbour alternative delivery solution is now available in Paris and in 11 major provincial cities.
GLS France is the first player in parcel delivery to have partnered in November 2020 with the start-up Pickme which offers this new solution of parcel pick-up points: Neighbours-Relay! You can now choose the nearest Neighbour-Relay from the list of available GLS Relays.
Our Neighbours network continues its development and is present today:
- in Paris (75),
- in Departments 78, 92, 93, 94 and 95
- in 11 major provincial cities (Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice, Toulon, Toulouse, Reims, Rennes and Rouen)
In the future, Pickme wants to offer its collaborative delivery service throughout the country.
GLS France, in partnership with the start-up Pickme, is Gold Laureate of the E-commerce Awards 2020, in the Supply Chain category.
The benefits of this new solution are numerous and include:
• Facilitate the reception of parcels, by combining availability and user-friendliness (extended delivery times),
• Increase the number of alternative delivery points,
• Improve the successful delivery rate from the first pass,
• Reduce the ecological impact of re-deliveries,
• Create social link between neighbours,
• Enjoy premium delivery by appointment.
As soon as you receive the parcel, you will receive a message informing you of its delivery, as well as a PIN code allowing you to collect it from the Neighbour-Relay Centre of your choice;
So don’t wait any longer and test our Neighbours-Relay!
