New legislation for e‑commerce: a withdrawal button
Online shoppers will now have even greater protection. An amendment to the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act is set to come into force on June 19.
Among other things, it requires every e‑shop to display a clearly visible button on its website that allows customers to withdraw from a contract.
